Celebrate Dad with flavor and flair! In this hands-on class, you’ll learn how to design and style a delicious charcuterie tasting tray perfect for Father’s Day gatherings.

We’ll explore the art of balancing savory meats, cheeses, fresh fruit, spreads and crunchy accompaniments while learning simple techniques for creating beautiful arrangements that look as good as they taste. From folding salami and styling cheese slices to building height and texture, you’ll gain tips and tricks to elevate any board.

Each student will create their own Father’s Day–inspired tray to take home and share (or enjoy yourself!). Perfect for beginners and seasoned entertainers alike. All supplies included.
