2026 Summer Kids' Art Program - Week 1: Culinary

Join us for a fun-filled culinary adventure at the Paul Nigra Center for Creative Arts! This Kids' Art Program is the perfect opportunity for budding young chefs to explore their creativity in the kitchen.

Throughout the week, children will learn the basics of cooking and baking, as well as develop their own unique recipes. Our instructors will guide them through hands-on activities, teaching them essential cooking techniques and introducing them to a variety of ingredients. Through engaging and interactive lessons, your child will gain valuable culinary skills while having a blast!

Openings in the Nigra Arts Center Kids' Art Programs are very limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis. Programs will take place at the Nigra Arts Center’s facility at 2736 State Highway 30, Gloversville, NY.

Important Kids Art Program Information:

• For each program, the Nigra Arts Center offers a 20% discount for our members, a 10% discount for Lexington employees and a discount for children from the same family.
• Programs are open to children ages 5-12.
• Openings in the Nigra Arts Center Kids Art Programs are very limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis.
• All children must be signed in and signed out by a parent/guardian.
• There will be no refunds or exchanges for any of the programs unless the Nigra Arts Center cancels due to unforeseen circumstances or low enrollment.
• Payment is due in full at the time of registration. Full payment and completed Information Packet paperwork secure your child’s spot in Kids Art Programs.
• Schedules are subject to change depending on instructor availability.
• Most programs involve cumulative projects. Your kid will receive the best results from the program by attending all week (if applicable).
• All programs will run daily from 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. Kids can be dropped off up to 15 minutes early or picked up 15 minutes late free of charge. Outside of the 15-minute grace period, we charge an additional $15 per 15 minutes need to pick up or drop off. Kids can be dropped off no earlier than 7:45 a.m. and picked up no later than 5 p.m. If you are dropping your kids off early or picking them up late, please call (518) 661-9932 to let us know in advance so we can schedule staffing.
