Does your child love **tools, building, fixing things, farm equipment, and figuring out how things work? ****
Introducing **FARM HANDS ACADEMY** — a hands-on program designed for kids **ages 6–12** who want to learn REAL, useful farm skills!
🧰 **WHAT WILL THEY LEARN? **
Throughout the fall session, students may learn:
🔨 Basic hand tools & tool safety
🪛 How to use a cordless drill & drill bits
📏 Measuring and marking
🪚 Simple building skills
🚪 Gates & fencing
⚡ Electric fence basics & safety
🚜 UTV & farm equipment safety
🔧 Basic farm repairs
🧰 Farm maintenance
💡 Problem-solving & teamwork
**And this isn't just pretend! **
Our Farm Hands will work on REAL, age-appropriate projects around Double B Stables. They may build something for our animals, help repair a gate, work on fencing, complete a small construction project, learn how equipment works, or help solve an actual problem around the farm.
We want our kids to learn skills they'll remember AND have the opportunity to proudly say:

📅 **FALL FARM HANDS ACADEMY DATES: **
September 13 & 27
October 11, 18 & 25
November 1, 8, 15 & 22
December 6
🕓 **TIME: 3:30–4:30 PM**
We have **10 class dates scheduled** to allow for weather or cancellations. Tuition includes **9 instructional classes**, so if we need to cancel one of our scheduled classes, an additional date is already built into the schedule!
🎄 **Tentative Christmas Showcase: December 12**
💰 **TUITION: $315 FOR THE FALL SESSION**
Includes:
• 9 instructional classes
• 1 hour per class
• 10 dates scheduled to allow for one cancellation/make-up
• Optional payment plan available
🏆 As we get closer to the end of the session, students can begin working on a special **project or skill** to demonstrate at our Christmas Showcase!

We want Farm Hands Academy to stay small enough that every child gets REAL hands-on experience—not just standing around watching someone else do it!
