Family yoga is a chance to move, laugh, and relax together—strengthening not just bodies, but family bonds. Each month we explore a new themed journey through yoga, stories, music, and creativity.
In our yoga adventure, we will:
🌿 Begin with a welcoming circle to connect
🌬️ Explore breathwork + mindfulness to feel calm and present
🧘 Move through fun yoga games, partner poses & creative movement
🎶 Journey together with music, imagination, and playful storytelling
🌟 Wind down with a guided sea turtle-themed visualization + soothing sounds
💞 Close with a circle of reflection to share the adventure
No yoga experience needed—just bring your curiosity, energy, and sense of exploration! Please wear comfy clothes to move in, and bring a yoga mat and water bottle for each family member (extra mats available at the studio).
