The Easter Holidays are here, and our Family Yoga class is back!

Join us for a fun and relaxing Family Yoga session. This class is perfect for parents and children of all ages who want to bond, have fun, and improve their flexibility together.

Please note: this session will be held indoors, photos depict our summer series.

Our vibrant yoga instructor will guide you through a series of gentle yet fun yoga poses, harnessed by a storytelling style. This includes breathing exercises that are suitable for all levels of experience. The pressure is off, this session is more about connection and community than it is about technical ability. Kids and adults alike will leave feeling refreshed and rejuvenated.

Family Yoga is a great way to spend quality time with your loved ones while also promoting physical and mental well-being. It's an opportunity to disconnect from the outside world and connect with each other in a peaceful and supportive environment.

Yoga mats are provided - but you're free to bring your own if you wish to layer up. Wear comfortable clothing that you can move freely in, as well as a water bottle.
