About this Event
Kick-start Spring by joining Klättermusen's Mountain Knowledge Run that starts at London’s very own ‘mountain’—Primrose Hill. Led by Camino Ultra's Frank Bingham, we'll run all the way to the Klättermusen store where with drinks, coffee and pastries await.

Route & Plan
See route on Strava here(8.5km) that we'll run at a social pace.
We'll snake through the prettiest parts of Regents and Hyde Park, plus the backstreets all the way to the store.
Timings
10:45 - Meet at Primrose Hill Viewpoint
10:45 - Begin with drills/exercises (await all arrivals)
11:00 - Start running to Klättermusen, 36 King's Road
12:00 - Back at store, post-run social with drinks, coffee & pastries!
Come along, join the run and leave with knowledge that will take your mountain running preparation to new heights. All levels welcome - see you there!

About Frank
Frank has been run leading Camino Ultra and Black Trail Runner events for the past few years. Frank most recently took on the epic The Speed Project - a 500KM+ solo version from Los Angeles to Las Vegas as well as being on a successful team taking on the inaugural European version from the mountains of Chamonix to Marseille.
