Family Yoga - All Ages Welcome

Discover the joy of moving, breathing, and playing together in this special family yoga experience. This workshop is designed to strengthen the bond between parents and children while creating lasting memories. Through gentle breathing exercises, child-friendly yoga poses, and playful partner activities, families will enjoy a fun and active hour that nurtures both body and mind.

Cost: $35 for 1 adult & 1 child

$6 for each additional family member

Space is limited; pre-registration is required

A minimum of 4 families is needed for the workshop to run
