Family Yoga / Parent-Child Yoga Workshop — All Ages Welcome

This workshop is designed to strengthen the bond between parents and children while creating lasting memories. Through gentle breathing exercises, child-friendly yoga poses, and playful partner activities, families will enjoy a fun and active hour that nurtures both body and mind.

Cost: $35 for 1 adult & 1 child

$6 for each additional family member

Space is limited; pre-registration is required

A minimum of 4 families is needed for the workshop to run
