Step’s Foundation, Inc. and Ufouma, Inc. invite you and your family to join us for Family Fitness in the Park, a fun, free, and movement-filled event designed for families of all ages and fitness levels.This one-hour experience combines walking, laughter, and playful physical activities that promote wellness, communication, and connection. No equipment is needed, just comfortable clothes, sneakers, and your family’s energy!
Together, we’ll:
- Take a conversational walk around the park with our team
- Participate in simple, family-friendly fitness circuits
- Play teamwork-based movement games
- Cool down with light stretching and a reflection circle
- Win a few raffles
Whether you’re looking to build healthy habits, get moving outdoors, or just spend quality time together, this event is for you. Come as you are, no experience needed.
