Spend quality time as a family while you explore the great outdoors during winter break! Join Dubuque County Conservation for a "Green Hour", spending time outside for one hour. We will plan to meet in the Swiss Valley Nature Center for a quick introduction, then plan to be outside the rest of the time. This event will be kid-focused and led, so be ready for kids to be interested in tracks from an animal, building a shelter, using binoculars to see birds, or building something from snow! This event is meant to encourage creativity and curiosity in the outdoors from both kids and adults.DCCB is committed to providing equal opportunity for participation in all programs, services and activities.
