Family & Systemic Constellations workshop

Curious about Family Constellations but not sure what actually happens?
This Sunday I'm running a Family & Systemic Constellations workshop in Clifton, Bristol.
People come for all sorts of reasons:
• Relationship struggles
• Family dynamics
• Feeling stuck or repeating the same patterns
• Difficult decisions
• Grief and loss
• Work and career challenges
• A general sense that something isn't moving
So what happens on the day?
We gather as a group and I'll begin by introducing the process and answering any questions.
Several people will have the opportunity to explore an issue, question or situation from their own life. Using representatives from the group, we create a living map of the situation and gently explore what may be influencing it.
You don't need acting skills, intuition or previous experience. Representatives are simply invited to notice what they experience and respond to what unfolds.
Some people attend hoping to explore their own issue. Others come as representatives and are often surprised by how much they learn about themselves through supporting someone else's process.
One of the things I hear most often is:
"I came for someone else's constellation, but left with insights into my own life."
The day is thoughtful, experiential and often deeply moving. There is no pressure to share more than feels comfortable.
