About this Event
As the seasons shift, join Sisters Circle TO for a Reset, a mindful and restorative nice & slow pilates session.
This beginner-friendly class is designed to help you realign, reset, and reconnect with your body. Through intentional movement, safe alignment, and controlled breathing, you’ll learn foundational Pilates exercises at a gentle pace, building strength, stability, and confidence from within.
Set to soothing RnB, Afrobeats, and soulful sounds from the Diaspora, this session blends movement, mindfulness, and community for a truly grounding experience.
What to Expect
- Doors open at 1:45 PM for check-in and settling in
- Guided Pilates session from 2:00 – 2:50 PM
- Connection and cool-down time until 3:00 PM
- Gentle, low-impact movements (perfect for beginners)
- A warm, inclusive space designed for Muslim women and allies to recharge mind, body, and soul
