Indulge in a monthly Sound Bath during Boise's season shift into the darker, colder months. Commit to embarking on a deeply restorative evening, because you deserve it. Prepare yourself for an evening of deep relaxation and rest. Reset your internal energetic clock through sound vibrations aimed at deep healing on the cellular level.

Sound healing has a profound affect on the mind releasing anxiety and anger. High frequency intentional sound vibration gently awakens the feelings of loving acceptance, mental clarity and ease and feelings of happiness. It's a powerful practice.
Students will be lying down receiving the sound healing from crystal singing bowls, brass gong and more. Please wear comfortable clothing. Yoga props (bolsters, blankets) are available to use. Please invite a friend or loved one to join you.
