Join Heather Bembry for a transformative workshop exploring the power of manifestation. This immersive experience is designed to help you gain clarity, set powerful intentions, and create a practical path toward the life you envision. Students can expect to be seated majority of the time with a gentle Yin sequence to be enjoyed prior to completing the workshop with a sound bath.
During the workshop, you will:
Discover the principles behind manifestation and how it works
Clearly define what you want to manifest more of in your life
Craft a powerful personal affirmation
Develop a daily routine to reinforce your intentions
Close with a calming yin practice and sound bath to integrate and deepen the work.
About Heather Bembry:
Heather is a 300-hour certified Yoga Teacher, Pilates instructor and Sound Healer with advanced training in Reiki and Breathwork and a Master’s degree in Education. Her graduate work focused on the use of mindfulness and breathwork to enhance performance and well-being. With a warm, grounded presence, Heather guides others toward alignment of mind, body, and purpose.
Come prepared to shift your energy, set intentions, and leave feeling inspired.
