Join Crystal for one of her very special Align with the Stars Sound Experience and be bathed in waves of healing vibration produced by a variety of instruments.
This sound bath will be tailored to match the energies of the current astrological themes, using specific sounds, instruments, activities, scents, & details to enhance the experience based on the current placement of the Stars! You'll be guided through the current astrology and go home with practical tips and tools to best align with the astrology of the season.
A Sound Journey affects the "energy body" inside of us. The energy body contains our feelings, emotions and behaviors. A Sound Journey opens up the subconscious and unconscious dimensions of the mind while feeling a state of bliss. Crystal has been infusing her Sound Journey Experiences with positive intention and reiki energy. Crystal is one of Boise's most energetic teachers who has been called to help others heal through sound, reiki, yoga, ceremony and more.
Students will be lying down, so we suggest bringing a blanket, a pillow, an eye mask and whatever else makes you feel cozy.
