Fall in Love Day Retreat

Join Amanda White for a 90 minute al fresco Vinyasa Flow to kick off the day at 10:30am. Next comes intention setting and an exercise to prepare the mind for "falling in love." Not the cliche Romcom falling in love but rather the self-inquiry, character discernment, mindful appreciation for falling in love with every moment of your life. Then a break for free time at the pool, spa, lunch, or napping in the hammocks. At 7pm we will have a Yin practice targeting our hips, which tend to store our emotions. By focusing on our hips and pelvic area we will increase our circulation, release muscle fascia, and invite more freedom into our physical, mental, and emotional state of mind. Finally, some nurturing spa time to cap off the day.
