• 9:00 AM - Registration & Kick-Off: Check in, grab a coffee, and get ready for an awesome day.
• Beach Run: Start your morning with a refreshing jog along the beach—perfect for shaking off the week and clearing your head.
• HIIT Workout: Jump into a fun, 30-minute High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) session, led by a friendly trainer who knows how to keep it challenging and enjoyable.
• Hurdle Session: Sit down for a casual chat about tackling life’s challenges, with plenty of room for laughs and real talk
