Fall Fitness Series: BASH Boxing

Kick start autumn with the Rosslyn BID's Fall Fitness Series that will be sure to rake in the reps and ramp up the tempo!

Join us for the second class on Thursday, Oct. 16, from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. at 1401 Wilson Blvd, featuring a high-energy session brought to you by BASH Boxing!

In this 45-minute boxing-inspired class, participants will engage in a variety of exercises designed to challenge strength, endurance, and coordination. Expect a high-energy session that delivers the ultimate total-body burn.

Tickets are just $5 per session. All are welcome but space is limited, so reserve your spot today!
