Class Experience
Celebrate World Food Day with a flavorful, hands-on culinary journey! In this interactive class, students will explore global traditions by preparing Vietnamese summer rolls wrapped with fresh herbs and vegetables, paired with a savory peanut dipping sauce. Next, craft authentic Argentinian beef empanadas served alongside vibrant chimichurri. Finally, indulge in a sweet finale with Mexican tres leches cake, rich and soaked in three milks. A delicious way to honor cultures and connect through food from around the world!

Your purchase includes:
• One seat in the class
• Recipes, which will be emailed at the end of class
• Live step-by-step cooking instruction
Skills and Techniques:
• Roll and shape empanada dough consistently
• Flavor infusion with herbs and aromatics
• Preparing seasoned fillings and cooking meat evenly
Classes are approximately 90 minutes – 2 hours
Price is per person, and unfortunately, Sawyer is limited in its ability to register multiple adults for a single class. So if you'd like to register another adult for this class, you must sign them up as your child. Simply choose "ADD CHILD”and enter your guests name and a birthday. This will allow you to register another participant. Price is per person, so it will add the additional cost for the seat. Or you can have your guest(s) create an account and register themselves separately.
