Join Yoga by Safia and Urban Sprout Farms for a magical evening under the autumn sky as we welcome the Fall Equinox — a time of balance, gratitude, reflection, and transition.

As summer gives way to fall, we’ll gather in community to slow down, reconnect, and intentionally welcome the new season.
Our evening will include seasonal crown making, gratitude blessings, gentle movement, breathwork, meaningful connection, seasonal treats and drinks, and a cozy bonfire gathering.
This experience is about more than movement. It’s an opportunity to honor what this year has brought you, give thanks for what is here, release what you’re ready to leave behind, and create space for what you want to carry into the next season.
Come on your own, bring a friend, or make it a beautiful evening with your partner. Couples are especially welcome — the Equinox is all about balance and connection, making this a meaningful experience to share together.
