The Fall Equinox invites us to pause, slow down, and reflect on the changing season—both in nature and within ourselves. Together, we’ll gather with ceremonial cacao and move through a gentle seasonal practice designed to help us honor what is shifting, release what we’re ready to let go of, and create space for what is to come.

Following the ceremony, you’ll have time to journal, reflect, and connect with yourself in a quiet and intentional space.
