Join us at Grow Pittsburgh's Garden Resource Center. Now that the garden season is wrapping up, we will discuss how to put the garden to bed while using cover crops. Cover crops are an excellent tool for protecting your garden soil over the winter time. Cover crops can also help improve your soil. We will discuss:

• the advantages and disadvantages of various species
• whats best for the Pittsburgh region
• how to use cover crops effectively in the garden.
• what time of year to use cover crops
