Fairways to Success - Summer Leadership Series

Fairways to Success Summer Series is a six-session leadership and golf experience designed for beginners who want to build confidence, strengthen leadership skills, and learn the game in a welcoming, high-energy environment.

This experience blends virtual leadership development, in-person golf instruction, networking, and celebration into one premium summer series. Participants will explore leadership through the lens of golf—using the course, the swing, and the challenges of the game as practical metaphors for self-awareness, decision-making, resilience, communication, and performance.

Whether you are new to golf, curious about the game, or looking for a fresh way to grow as a leader, this series is designed to meet you where you are. No golf experience is needed, and clubs will be provided.

The Summer Series includes four virtual leadership sessions, two in-person golf experiences with PGA Certified Professional Coaches, and priority access to The 19th Hole celebration and networking event.

Participants will receive live or recorded access to the virtual sessions, hands-on golf instruction, light appetizers, snacks, premium beverages, session recaps, resources, a welcome gift, and a certificate of completion.

The virtual leadership series includes four one-hour sessions focused on personal leadership, self-awareness, adaptability, and navigating challenges with confidence.

Session 1: What’s In Your Bag
Participants will explore the tools, strengths, values, habits, and experiences they bring into leadership and performance.

Session 2: Know Your Swing
This session focuses on self-awareness, leadership style, and understanding how personal tendencies shape influence, communication, and impact.

Session 3: Playing the Lie
Participants will examine how to assess situations clearly, adapt to changing conditions, and make thoughtful decisions under pressure.

Session 4: Managing the Rough
This session focuses on resilience, problem-solving, and leading through setbacks, uncertainty, and difficult moments.

The in-person experiences will take place at Lab 301 and will be led by PGA Certified Professional Coaches. Each session is two hours and is designed specifically for beginners.

Friday, July 31 | 7:00 PM – 9:00 PM

This session focuses on the fundamentals of the short game, including grip, chipping, putting, and confidence building. Participants will learn the basic mechanics and mindset needed to improve touch, control, and consistency.

Friday, August 21 | 7:00 PM – 9:00 PM

This session introduces participants to driving, simulation, course management, and friendly competition. Participants will learn how to approach longer shots with confidence while also connecting golf strategy to leadership strategy.

The series concludes with The 19th Hole, a celebration and networking event featuring community, recognition, live entertainment, awards, sponsor engagement, and green carpet interviews.

Saturday, August 29 | 8:00 PM – 11:00 PM

Participants in the Summer Series receive priority access to this event.

No prior golf experience is required. The program is designed to be accessible, engaging, and beginner-friendly.
