Our Friday Night ‘Perfect Pause’ Event sold out on the day we released it, so rather let anyone down or squeeze extra folk into an already busy event, we have an EXTRA DATE! Join us on now on Saturday 28th December! I love these events, its a magical atmosphere, it really is the Perfect Pause!
Between the busyness of Christmas and excitement of New Year, let’s press Pause. Join together for 2hrs of peace and tranquility, stepping away, moving into the present moment, a time to rest and recharge. A Winter Yin Yoga sequence by candlelight, guided by Val, using gentle breathing techniques, working with the concept of the Winter Meridian lines, followed by a guided Yoga Nidra. A time where nature tells us to rest, conserve energy and nurture the body’s reserves. This is Yin, and this is the time for Yin.
Begin 2025 from a place of peace and presence, let’s breath together and think of the Taoist saying, ‘a thousand mile journey starts with one step..’
