Join the fabulous and famous Cindy Watkins for three days of magnificence! Our very own home grown talent - support both Cindy and master your machine whilst creating a work of art.
Have you ever wanted to learn freestyle stitching or embroidery on your sewing machine? Or maybe hone your skills and learn more techniques to create art with your sewing machine? This is a great opportunity to fully immerse yourself in this wonderful medium for 3 whole days. We will be covering a large range of techniques and learning many skills to help you create beautiful freestyle stitched work. The goal is to create a portfolio of samples of different techniques and to complete at least one major work. If you have already attended one of my workshops and want to work on a specific skill, there will be an opportunity to do so. This is a great entry-level workshop for those who have always wanted to give freestyle stitching a go but have not had the confidence to try, as well as those with experience in this type of sewing. ALL LEVELs

Where: Newtown Bay Rowing Centre Marine Esplanade - behind the rugby fields. Parking and lift access.
Sewing machines are required for this class. Full requirements list will be sent on payment. A $10 materials fee is to be paid to the tutor during class.
