Join us in an afternoon of play and bringing forth joy with an exploration of Andean Traditions.
Charlotte has a wonderful afternoon planned for us that will include learning, open discussion, and introspective healing that will leave us with new perspective!
Outline for the afternoon:
1. Introductions and Welcoming with Sound Healing initiation and communal chanting
2. Find your voice!
3. Movement awareness in space (Qi Dao)
4. Feel your inner balance!
5. Intro to Allies and calling in the Allies
6. Find your support!
7. Intro to Munay and Ayni and brief practice
8. Find your heart space!
Open to every little thing! Plenty of space to move around and share in a welcoming environment.
Bring what you need to be comfortable. We will have tea on hand, and please feel free to bring your own snacks and lunch.

About the Facilitator:
Charlotte Ann Byrne BSN, MBA, MS, is a true master in alternative health with decades of experience in multiple lineages. Primarily focused on Andean traditions, Charlotte has 6 initiations with native Peruvian teachers and Q'ero Masters Also a Master teacher of Body Harmony and Reiki, including studies in Sound Healing and travels to India to study with Sai Baba. She has also studied Native American Traditions with a Mic Mac Chief in Northern.
Charlotte has a background in public health policy and is a practicing nurse. Her scientific understanding and insights from microbiology continue to support her deeper understanding of life on earth that has been known for many generations by the peoples of the traditions she has spent a lifetime studying with. Charlotte is a world traveler and is fluent in Spanish.
