Join Nikki for a sound workshop to expand your connection to the wind element & wind instruments.
We will be practicing our breath expansion and activating our internal wind channels with the conchs, flutes, whistles, and didgeridoos.
We will be connecting into the light of our spirit & journeying in the pulse through imagination,embodiment, the winged ones, and igniting the 4 directions while weaving in the laws of the universe.
