Breathwork is a transformative practice that harnesses the power of your breath to unlock a deeper connection between your mind, body and spirit. This immersive breathwork practice will be coupled with the powerful and deep energetic cleansing and whole body balancing of the selenite cave.
We will practice a variety of breathing techniques designed to relax the body and balance the mind. This experience is appropriate for all skill levels.
This experience is $33 per person and will be held in the Selenite Cave.

There is limited space available! These are limited to 7 participants in each experience so reserve your lounger in advance.
*Please be sure to arrive at least 10 minutes in advance to get your spot and get comfortable.
