Stephanie leads participants through a gentle meditation experience to assist participants in getting into a relaxed and meditative state, she then bathes the participants in the healing frequencies of her sound bowl sound bath, as she incorporates various frequencies, and many times receives spirit messages from your guides and angels as they come through to assist in igniting the soul spark of attendees.Please note that These events accommodate 10 participants each for optimum comfort and enjoyment of laying on the sand.
During this event you will also receive Halo-therapy to Boost your immune system.

NO FOOD OR DRINK IN CAVE
NO OUTSIDE MATS OR BLANKETS - Will be provided
NO ELECTRONICS OR PHONES
NO LATE ENTRY OR EARLY EXIT (Except in Emergency)
*Dress in comfortable loose clothing - shorts, tees or tanks are good for maximum skin exposure! Cave is set at a comfortable temperature and may warm up as the session progresses due to body heat and increased energies.
