Wristband Ts&Cs

• Wristbands will be physical wristbands, and need to collected from The Sugarhouse or The LUSU Welcome Desk.
• Wristbands are not refundable
• Wristbands cannot be exchanged, transferred, or resold for commercial gain
• Admission to the event will not be allowed without a valid ticket
• Lost/stolen wristbands cannot be replaced, please look after your wristbands. Damaged, de-faced, soiled or broken wrist bands are invalid.
• Over 18’s only.
• Student ID must also be provided unless entrant is a visiting guest.
• Lancaster University Students’ Union reserves the right to refuse admission
• Lancaster University Students’ Union reserves the right to alter or vary the content or timing of the whole or any part of the events due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control without being obliged to refund or exchange tickets
• Lancaster University Students’ Union cannot accept responsibility for any loss or damage to personal property brought to any event
• It is the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure that Attendee Information is correct at the time of purchase as mistakes cannot always be rectified after purchase.

Transfer of Wristbands

• Should you no longer be able to attend the event, you are able to sell on your event wristband but both the seller and purchaser do so at their own risk.
• Wristbands should be resold at face value. LUSU reserves the right to refund wristbands and revoke entry where this is not upheld
