I hope you are keeping well. I’d like to invite you to a special evening at the Friends Meeting House in Lancaster on Friday, October 4th, from 6:30 pm to 8.30pm, where I’ll be hosting a transformative ‘Water Up Fire Down’ workshop, led by Bogo Jeon, Senior Trainer at Body & Brain UK.
The Water Up Fire Down technique is a simple yet powerful energy principle that helps maintain balance in our bodies. During the workshop Bogo will introduce us to the simple techniques that can be restore any imbalances we have, helping us better manage stress and boost overall well-being.
As we’ve all experienced in our busy lives, stress can be really disruptive to our physical and mental health. At this workshop, we’ll learn practical ways to keep our energies balanced, stress reduced, and how to support our general health. It’ll also be a wonderful opportunity to connect with like-minded people who value self-care and personal growth.

Parking Info:
Limited parking is available at the venue, but nearby streets like Castle Park Road and Fenton Street usually have space after 6pm.
