About this Event
As part of the theme for Historic Places Days this year being that of communication, come by the museum on Thursday and Friday evening and learn all about the evolution of communication, from letter writing to modern computers.
Guests will be able to interact with a variety of activities including writing and mailing letters, using a typewriter, trying rotary phones, and more.
Thursday, July 16th and Friday, July 17th from 2 PM - 8 PM

About Mackin House Museum:
Mackin House Museum (operated by Coquitlam Heritage Society) is a museum based out of a 1909 Heritage House originally belonging to the Sales Manager of the Fraser Mill. The house now serves as a community event space, hosts exhibits, and generally works to share the joint culture and history of the diverse city of Coquitlam.
