Understanding how food impacts blood sugar can increase your confidence in managing diabetes. Illinois Extension is offering two in person sessions to strengthen your knowledge and skills and will provide digital lessons or printed copies for additional support.

March 30 | Diabetes and the Heart: Learn about four categories of nutrients that impact heart health and develop skills to help with shopping and cooking heart-healthy and diabetes friendly meals.
Dates for emailed or printed for pick up lessons: March 9, 16, and 23.

Register by March 26 for the March 30 program.
