Curious about what the Y is all about? This is the perfect day to come experience it for yourself.From 8:00 AM–12:00 PM, families can stop by the front desk to receive a free family guest pass and explore everything the Y has to offer. Whether you're interested in group fitness, family activities, or simply seeing the space, our team will be here to welcome you.
Throughout the morning, our Primary Fitness Studio will host a lineup of demo day–style group fitness classes so guests can try out some of the workouts our members love. It’s a great opportunity to meet our instructors, move your body, and see how supportive and fun our fitness community can be.
Families are also invited to check out our newly renovated Child Watch area. While adults enjoy a workout or class, kids can spend time in a safe, engaging space designed just for them.
