Join In Good Company Collective for an evening dedicated to exploring integrative approaches to women’s health!
Hosted in partnership at the Decatur Family YMCA, this community-centered event will bring together healthcare and wellness professionals from a range of disciplines for a thoughtful panel conversation on how different aspects of health—movement, mental/emotional health, nutrition, hormonal health, and social connection—work together to support long-term wellbeing.
The evening will begin with a brief introduction to integrative wellness, followed by a moderated panel discussion with local professionals. After the panel, guests are invited to explore interactive wellness activations and connect with providers and organizations serving women in our community.
Our goal is simple: to create a space where women can learn, connect, and discover trusted local resources that support their health in realistic and sustainable ways.
