Schedule an individual session with Lori Barret RYT200 & Ayurvedic Lifestyle Specialist! Join Lori Barrett, RYT200 and Ayurvedic Lifestyle Yoga Specialist, for personalized one-on-one sessions designed to support your unique mind and body. Choose between Structural Yoga Therapy or an Ayurvedic Lifestyle Session, both focused on helping you feel more balanced, supported, and connected.
Structural Yoga Therapy is a therapeutic approach that adapts yoga to your body’s specific structural, muscular, or injury-related needs. During this 1-hour private session, Lori will work with you to understand your goals—whether that’s improving range of motion, reducing discomfort, building strength and stability, or deepening your mind-body connection. Together you’ll move through a gentle practice to help develop a custom 15–30 minute yoga routine designed specifically for your body and goals. Your personalized protocol will be provided during the session or emailed afterward if more time is needed.
Ayurvedic Lifestyle Sessions focus on helping you restore balance through the ancient wisdom of Ayurveda. Lori will guide you through a Prakriti (constitution) questionnaire to help determine your Dosha and discuss any imbalances you may be experiencing, such as fatigue, brain fog, anxiety, restlessness, difficulty concentrating, or feeling ungrounded. Together you will create a Dinacharya (daily routine) tailored to your constitution that may include a short yoga practice, breathwork, meditation, and supportive lifestyle habits to help bring steadiness and ease to your day.
What to Bring:
• Yoga mat
• Any props you like to use (blanket, bolster, blocks, etc.)
• Comfortable clothing for gentle movement
• Water bottle
• Journal if you'd like to take notes
