About this Event

Every Body Knows is back for its 7th edition!The goal is to get out of our heads and reconnect with our bodies through playful techniques.

We’ll leave the space feeling lighter and more at ease.

Like coming home after a long day at work, and your body is home.
How do we get there?
We move, we relax, we dance, and do a few other things so you can cherry-pick what works best for you.
Who is it for?
Literally everyone.You come as you are, with the mood and energy of the day, solo or with someone: friends, partners, even your mom (we’ve had that before and loved it).
All ages, genders, bodies, religions, and moods are welcome.
No need to have any special breathing, movement, or dance skills.
We guide and suggest, and ultimately, you do you.
