Join us for a deeply transformative evening designed to help you release tension, restore inner harmony, and rise into your fullest energy.

This 90-minute experience combines the power of conscious breathwork, sound healing, and guided intention to awaken your body, mind, and spirit.

Under the gentle guidance of Marta Marek, an international Breathwork Facilitator and founder of Healthy Habits by Marta, you’ll be invited to let go of emotional heaviness, clear energetic blockages, and connect with your authentic self.

WHAT TO EXPECT

✨ A guided trauma-informed breathwork journey to release stagnant energy and expand emotional clarity

🎶 A soothing sound bath with crystal bowls, drum, and chimes to restore balance and peace

💫 Gentle grounding and integration at the end, leaving you reconnected and renewed

No prior experience is needed — just an open heart and a willingness to breathe.

WHAT TO BRING:

    •    Small pillow

    •    Journal to capture reflections after your journey
