Join us for a soul-nourishing afternoon of Katonah-inspired Yoga, Reiki energy healing, and an immersive sound bath, surrounded by the serene landscape of Sunset Ridge Park—where golden hills meet ocean breeze and the sky opens wide.

This afternoon will be a full-body exhale. As the autumn sun begins its descent and the moon rises, we’ll gather in community to move, rest, and receive healing vibrations that realign mind, body, and spirit.
