About this Event
A slower evening to step out of the noise and into something quieter.
We’ll begin by settling into the space, then move into a guided sound meditation with voice, crystal bowls, and layered ambient sound.
Acupuncture is offered at the beginning of the session and remains in place as the sound continues, supporting the body in softening and returning to balance. The needles are removed before the end so you can come back gradually.
The space is quiet and phone free.
A portion of this offering may be eligible for coverage through extended health benefits. Receipts will be provided after the event.

Her deep connection to nature has influenced her approach to acupuncture, where she embodies the five elements theory.
She provides a welcoming space for healing, characterized by gentle kindness and open communication.

Vancouver-based sound practitioner and music artist. She works with voice, crystal bowls, and ambient sound to create spaces for people to slow down, rest, and reconnect.
