Join us for a deeply nourishing Spring Equinox Retreat, held over the true beginning of the spiritual new year — a time of balance, renewal and intentional new beginnings.
Hosted by Esther of Essential Energies and Olivia of Love and Willow, this is a non-yoga retreat, created for those who are craving space, rest and reconnection — without pressure or performance.
As we move from the closing cycle of Pisces into the initiating energy of Aries, this retreat offers a powerful opportunity to pause, reflect, and consciously step into what you want to grow in the year ahead.
✨ What to Expect
Across three days, you’ll be gently supported through:
• Guided meditation and daily breathwork
• Creative workshops including altar-making and intuitive journaling
• A Spring Equinox fire ceremony
• A deeply restorative evening gong bath (pyjamas welcome)
• A closing ceremony and cacao ritual
• One Reiki session included for every guest
There is a gentle structure to the retreat, with plenty of free time for rest, journaling, coastal or woodland walks, or simply being.
All food is provided and beautifully nourishing, home-cooked and prepared with care, supporting you on every level.

The retreat is held at a beautiful five-star bed and breakfast in Broadstone, Dorset BH18.
While the accommodation itself is within a township setting, it is ideally located for easy access to:
• The Jurassic Coast
• Sandbanks Beach
• Woodland and coastal walks
