Welcome to The Mummy Circle - Mothers Day Special

Motherhood is beautiful, but it also comes with its fair share of challenges.

Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, anxious, exhausted, unsure, or simply in need of connection - this is the place for you. We invite you to come as you are, with children included - because we understand that finding childcare in order to look after ourselves is a challenge in itself!

Hosted by experienced therapist and mental health nurse Leanne Grossett of Harbour Wellbeing, this monthly event offers a safe space to learn, reflect, and connect with others who truly understand. There is no pressure to share as the sessions will be expert-led with different themes each time - stay up to date with themes via The Mummy Circle Instagram or Facebook page.
