If the answer is “Yes” to any of the above, Our Dorset system invites you to participate in an immersive session into systems thinking and systems working applied to the challenges of integration for health and wellbeing.

This is a unique opportunity to delve deeply into living systems theory and its application to the complex issues we all face in the environment of transition and transformation to integrated health and care.

You are invited to bring along your specific challenges and your promising practices—what you are doing and learning about working in a systems environment. You can attend as an individual or with colleagues who are also curious about how systems work and how to work them better.

We’ll be guided through our work during the session by Myron Rogers a leader in the theory and application of living systems to our work. We will inquire together into these questions and more:
· How do systems work?
The principles of Living Systems
· How does this system work?
How does my system work in reality (not just theoretically)?
· How do I work in and with this system?
The implications for my role and behaviour.
· How will we know?
What are the indicators that point to the future?

We’ll also be working together using a number of methodologies that you can add to your practice. The workshop will balance theory, practice, person, and the whole group. These are demanding times, requiring new ways of working together, new ideas and a willingness to experiment together. We invite anyone facing these complex challenges to join the session. There will also be follow up support for those who request it.
