- **Self-Tying Exploration:** Start the journey with a dedicated portion focused on self-tying. Here, you'll learn how to incorporate your own movement into the tying process, enhancing your connection with the rope and your body. Discover how to express yourself through the art of sensuality, finding freedom and creativity in your ties.

- **Partnered Techniques:** Transition into a partnered session where you'll utilize dance techniques alongside rope work. Engage with a partner to explore the dynamics of connection, trust, and communication through movement and binding. Learn to harmonize your bodies as you flow together, creating a beautiful interplay of dance and rope.
