Domestic Abuse Awareness Workshop

For active-duty service members, dependents, and eligible patrons with access to MCAS Miramar.

*Previously titled "Relationship Reset."

This workshop will help you improve the quality of all of your interpersonal relationships and covers topics such as:

- Power and control dynamics in a relationship and how to recognize them

- Attachment styles and how they affect our relationships

-Types of domestic abuse

- Childhood adversity and its effects on your relationships

-The effects of domestic abuse/high conflict relationships on children

-Healthy strategies to move forward
