About this Event
What is Entrepreneur Breakthrough?
Entrepreneur Breakthrough is a one-day experience for a small group of up to six entrepreneurs who need to step out of the noise and think properly about their business.
You will work with experienced psychology and leadership facilitators alongside expert strategic consultants. The small group size and high level of facilitation create the conditions for depth, honesty, and real progress.
This is not a motivational workshop or a networking event. It is a serious thinking space designed to help you see what you have been circling, understand what has been getting in the way, and leave with clarity you can act on.
Who is it for?
This programme is for entrepreneurs who are capable, thoughtful, and ready to look honestly at their business.
You may be running a growing company or an established one. You may feel successful on the surface but stuck underneath. You know something needs to shift, even if you cannot yet name what it is.
Entrepreneurs come with challenges such as:
- 'I need a fresh, honest perspective on my business/brand'
- 'I feel disconnected from my original drive or purpose'
- 'I'm struggling to balance ambition with sustainability and wellbeing'
- 'I'm facing difficult leadership or structural decisions'
- 'My growth has stalled, despite effort and planning'
How does it work?
The day is built around our proven Breakthrough Process, which helps you explore the psychological and strategic dimensions of your challenge together.
Psychology and leadership facilitation create insight. Strategic input ensures that insight turns into decisions and action. The work moves beyond surface problem-solving into understanding why progress has been difficult and what will genuinely change it.
By the end of the day, you will leave with:
- Clarity on what is really happening in your business
- Insight into the personal and psychological drivers shaping it
- Renewed perspective and creative thinking
- Clear priorities and decisions
- A practical plan for what to do next

More about The Breakthrough Process:
The Breakthrough Process was created in 2018 by Dr Tom Cotton, a psychotherapist and executive coach.
Through years of work with individuals, leaders, and organisations, he recognised a gap. People needed something that went beyond therapy or coaching alone — a process that combined psychological depth with practical clarity and decision-making.
Over time, the approach has evolved and deepened. We have brought together a team of experienced facilitators across psychology, leadership, and strategy. We have worked with hundreds of individuals facing significant life decisions, leadership teams navigating change, and founders building businesses that matter.
