Together we create a powerful portal of connection weaving our energetic webs in the way of harmonizing our nervous systems with sound grounding through movement and activating our life force energy with light body activation. We prepare body mind and spirit for the next season the season of release and letting go. This is a safe space a sacred space to receive and honor all that exists just as it is trusting in the flow of our own divine intelligence and connection to Source to take care of what is needed.
Through the facilitation of grounding with gentle and mindful movement with Misa a Light Body Activation with Misa Sharron Sanchez Terah Pack and Barbara Blum then completing and integrating with a beautiful mini sound healing with Beth Bluth we align with the Cosmic portal of the Fall Equinox.
Held by the grounded energy of our Blue Earth Mother we contemplate ourselves as prisms of light and release valves for the Earth knowing we are not separate from her. We activate together in heart expanding resonance through the art and practice of receiving.

9am: Invocation and calling in our guides setting the container
9:10am: Grounding breathwork and gentle movement with Misa
9:45am: Preparing for Light Body Activation
10am: Light Body Activation transmission with Terah Sharron Barbara and Misa
11:00am: Sound healing integration with Beth Bluth
11:30am-12pm: Integration and Aftercare post transmission
