Join Stronger Together Wellness at ACNC's Wellness and Opportunity Center EVERY 2nd THURSDAY of the month, 3-4PM. This support meeting is for CAREGIVERS of STROKE SURVIVORS.
Meeting will take place September - November; no meetings in December.
Stronger Together Wellness empowers stroke survivors and their caregivers through shared experiences, fostering a vibrant community that inspires healing, resilience, and hope on the journey to recovery.
Location: 216 Asheland Avenue (please park in the UPPER PARKING LOT and ENTER FROM TOP LOT)
