A free, monthly gathering for connection, reflection, and shared presence
This is a community women’s circle. A gentle, grounded space where women come together to slow down, reconnect, and remember that we are not meant to do life alone.
The circle is held in English, and it is guided slowly and gently, with care for women who may not feel fully confident expressing themselves in English. You are welcome to speak simply, take your time, or just listen. There is no pressure to find the right words here.
During our time together, we will share tea, stories, quiet moments, simple journaling and guided reflection. Nothing is forced and everything is optional. You are invited to participate in the way that feels right for you on that day.
This circle is rooted in clear principles:
• confidentiality and respect
• speaking from personal experience
• listening without fixing or advice
• welcoming each woman exactly as she is
You do not need to prepare anything. You do not need to share if you do not want to. You are welcome to simply arrive, listen, and feel the space.
If you have never been to a Women’s Circle before, this is a beautiful and safe place to begin. Many women arrive unsure of what to expect. Most leave feeling more grounded, seen, and connected than they anticipated.
I offer these circles freely because I deeply believe in this work. Sitting in circle has been profoundly healing for me in my own life, and I want other women to have access to the same experience of being held in community, without pressure or barriers.
