This is your Sunday ritual. Your permission to exhale. Your reminder that you don't have to carry everything you picked up this week into the next one.

There is something about doing this as the sun goes down ✨

As the sky shifts and the light turns golden over the Pacific, we will be on the grass in front of Wonderland — or down on the sand if space allows — moving, breathing, and letting go together. The timing is intentional. Sunset is nature's own invitation to release the day, close out the week, and come back to yourself. There is no better backdrop for this kind of reset. You won't find this in a studio. 🌿

This class is for you if...

🌊 Deep stretch + release — slow down, soften, and let the body unwind everything it has been quietly holding

🌬️ Guided breathwork — calm the nervous system and create the kind of stillness that goes deeper than just quiet

🎶 Sound bath as the sun sets — crystal singing bowls tuned to restore energetic balance — lying on the earth, sky going amber above you. This is the part people remember.

Sculptuary is a gathering place for people who believe that taking care of themselves goes deeper than a workout. Every person who shows up on that beach on Sunday is craving the same thing — to feel better, go deeper, and be around others who get it. Like-minded people doing the inner and outer work together, at the edge of the ocean, as the sun goes down. Come as you are. You belong here.
